In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with essential information about our company and services. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to routine telephone inquiries regarding the company and its services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. + Utilize our computer system to track calls and accurately enter information related to the nature of each inquiry. + Follow established procedures and reference standard company documents to provide accurate and timely responses. + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall operations of the call center.
