Department: Call Center Position: Call Center Counselor Location: ISB - Call Center Number Of Openings: 5 Description: - To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for the airline.
- Handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
- To confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, schedule, fares, make or cancel reservations/accounts, or to obtain details of complaints related to passengers and travel agents.
- Effectively resolve complaints, requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
  Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 1-2 years Required Skills: Candidate must possess pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills are necessary and essential.
