Call Center / Customer Service IV
Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM, with a choice of either 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay Rate: $25/HR Summary: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join a hybrid team! This role involves interacting with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries about products and services, and handle complaints. You'll be responsible for identifying customer issues, offering solutions, and following up as needed. This is not a call center position. Work Schedule & Environment: + Hybrid role: In-office work required 3 days per week + Professional office environment requiring strong soft skills Responsibilities: + Approve resolutions for customer service or billing complaints (exchanges, refunds, adjustments) + Act as an escalation point for customer concerns + Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation + Review, monitor, and audit customer interactions and transactions + Analyze complaints to assess validity and determine causes + Promote and offer additional services or products as needed Qualifications: + Education: High School Diploma or GED required + Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience + Skills Required: + Strong technical skills, data entry, and professional communication + Excellent verbal/written communication and attention to detail + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint + Bonus: Bilingual in French is a plus If you're passionate about helping customers and looking for an opportunity to grow in a professional setting, apply today!
