Call Center-Data Analyst Intern
The Call Center Team is seeking a full-time intern to work alongside our internal call center management team. The interns’ responsibilities will include but not be limited to: + Analyze data, create charts and PowerPoint presentations on KPI’s + Establish objectives, based on historical data, generate forecast and determine strategies to improve performance and processes to better support customer outcomes + Assist with project planning for the continuous improvement of the performance and service quality to patients, internal AHS departments and AMG physician practices + Monitor staff KPI’s and provide ideas on different strategies to help improve Qualifications: + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University + Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025 + Be in good academic standing + Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship + Ideally pursing a degree within Data analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statics, or a similarly related field + Highly skilled in Excel with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. + Excellent analytical and communication skills to clearly present findings to management team.
