Call Center Expert
Duties: Responding to customers and making contact with customers in a professional manner. Patiently examining suggestions, criticisms and following up on customer complaints. Using multiple sources.
Providing useful information to customers.
Completing or preparing call reports.
Following up customer calls.
Presence at designated points throughout the country. office Center.
Checking the registration forms and received documents.
Entering subscriber information in the system.
Activating the subscriber's SIM card.
Presenting the relevant report to the supervisor.

Conditions for verification:


A degree in communication, telecommunications, computer engineering, information technology or business management.
Proficient in English (intermediate level).
At least an associate degree.
Military service: completion of service Military/permanent or academic exemption.
Appropriate and constructive communication skills.
Ability to control anger and stress.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Familiarity with quality measurement criteria in call centers. .
Accuracy in entering correct and accurate information in the system.
Preferably having at least two years of experience in the related field.
