JOB SUMMARY
As a Call Center Manager, you are a player/coach responsible for leading a team of reps to make warm calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products or services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Training, development and coaching team performance
Onboarding of new reps
Scheduling / Timecards
Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided lead
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preference
Present and promote our products or services over the phone
Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries
Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales
Update customer records in the sales software (e.g., Salesforce)
Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Collaborate with team members to achieve call center goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
1+ Years of Management experience
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and influence other
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prior experience in leading a call center team (5-10 team members).
Prior experience in the fitness or retail industry preferred.
Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is preferred

Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant. Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $36,455.00-$45,598.00 (Exempt), $17.53-$21.92 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $38,040.00-$47,580.00 (Exempt), $18.29-$22.88 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $34,236.00-$42,822.00 (Exempt), $16.46-$20.59 (Non-Exempt)
