Responsibilities:The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customers as it pertains to the service department within the dealership.
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retentionUtilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.We are part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), a Fortune 150 Company (#140 - 2024), the #1 Automotive Group in the country with over 330+ dealerships nationwide!
Qualifications:Call Center experience, requiredFlexible AvailabilityAbility to type efficiently.Basic & phone computer skills.The expected pay range for this position is $16.50 to $18.00 an hour, plus a bonus (Individual Appointment Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
