Description Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for solving problems? Join our team as a Call Center Representative and become the voice of a trusted household brand. This position plays a vital role in helping customers troubleshoot issues, schedule service calls, and get the support they need with their household appliances. Key Responsibilities: + Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding appliance installations, repairs, warranties, and general inquiries. + Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues efficiently. + Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability and customer location. + Document all customer interactions, issues, and service details in the CRM system. + Handle follow-up communication to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with internal departments including service, logistics, and warranty teams to deliver timely solutions. + Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, even when handling escalated concerns. + Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. Requirements + 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred, especially in a product-based or technical support setting. + Strong communication and active listening skills. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Proficient in using call center software, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
