JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective
Provide ongoing support to the current sales force.  Ideal candidates will be creative and analytical. Should seek to build off of current foundation, and improve procedures and methods already in place. Candidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity. 

 

Essential Functions

Follow up on distributed leadsGenerate store traffic and contribute to the markets successHandle customer inquiries both by phone and textSupport sales force by generating sales leadsFollow communication scripts when handing different topicsResearch required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationCandidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and character

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for long periods of time

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Required Education and Experience

 

High School diploma or GED

 

Preferred Education and Experience
