Work Schedule:

1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Required Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent. Experience in a customer service setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of position related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist. Minimum one year experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience in EPIC computer system.
