Call Center Representative

Payrate: $18 an hour

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm or 8am-5pm

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

REQUIREMENTS:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\n\tExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.\r\n\tAdaptability and accountability.\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAnswering incoming calls to set service appointments, or other issues with products or services.\r\n\tMaking outbound calls that service is coming due or that clients have recalls on their vehicle\r\n\tIdentify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information\r\n\tBuilding lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.\r\n\tResponding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.\r\n\tCompleting other duties as assigned by management \r\n
