Experienced Call Center Representative 

Home Pro of West Michigan / Bath Planet is hiring! We have a unique inbound/outbound “Call Center” position opening. We are looking to add another few people to our team! This is not the traditional call center where you are over worked and under appreciated but a call environment where we will work with you one on one to help you and our team grow. We are willing to train the right person that fits into our office, we just ask that you are coachable and have a willingness to learn and give 200%! 

Full-time · $13 to $17 / hour Plus Benefits

Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headsetManage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a dayBuild positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our companyAssist customers in setting up appts from the showroom floor (rotating schedule).Follow our customer engagement strategyMeet qualitative and quantitative targetsPrevious experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommendedExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsAdaptable to different personality types.Familiarity with CRM technologyCustomer focusedAbility to multitaskExcellent time management skills.High school diploma or GED required
