Call Center Representative
Description: The Enrollment Service Associate role is a data entry position primarily focused on enrolling our clients in their selected health insurance policies and partnering with many different insurance carriers to ensure that the enrollments are processed timely and accurately. Along with the hundreds of carriers that we partner with, partnership amongst internal partners is required to service our clients to the best of our ability. Position Responsibilities: + Processing health insurance enrollments, terminations, changes, transfers, and waivers with the specific carrier that our clients are working with. + Partnering with the specific carriers to effectively enroll our clients in their insurance plans which can include navigating client websites, emailing and reaching out to carriers via phone when necessary. + Servicing our account management team who work directly with our clients + Able to meet and exceed monthly metrics regarding productivity & processing quality. + Working with computer programs such as HRIS, Salesforce and Flock to enter critical client data and process client requests About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
