Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Accountable for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. **What you will do** + Answering phone to respond to all inquiries made by patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. + Schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification to patients. + Screening and routing patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration. + Responding to patient’s questions and needs for editing, canceling and re-scheduling appointment as necessary. + Support and maintain a professional business atmosphere. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
