**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Back Verification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing call back verifications to providers when they enroll or update their banking information, ensuring authenticity and preventing ACH redirection fraud. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct call back verifications to providers to verify the accuracy and authenticity of banking information updates during enrollment or account updates.
- Follow a structured script to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Document all interactions accurately and comprehensively in the designated database.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activities or suspicious behavior to the appropriate department for further investigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any identified issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to ACH redirection fraud prevention to ensure effective call back verification procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with providers.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in performing call back verifications or similar processes.
- Knowledge of ACH redirection fraud prevention techniques, procedures, and regulations is highly desirable.
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies or suspicious activities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Workday is from 8:30AM – 4:30PM Monday thru Friday
**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in fraud prevention, security, or related field is a plus.
