RASI (Restaurant Accounting Services Inc.) is a leading accounting, payroll and finance software for the foodservice industry.  RASI processes $2.9B in annual accounts payable across more than 2,000 clients in the United States and processes 20,000 payroll checks per week for restaurant employees. 

RASI’s powerful software offerings will be packaged alongside existing Buyers Edge Platform service offerings - furthering Buyers Edge Platform’s reach in reducing costs and digitizing formerly-manual restaurant operations processes.  Buyers Edge Platform’s software reaches independent, multi-location, franchise and enterprise restaurant groups, and now delivers daily accounts payable, automation, inventory, recipe costing, accounting and payroll all under one roof.

This position is based out of our Littleton, CO office and is budgeted from $72,000 - $85,000 annually. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

As a Client Advisor, you will empower restaurant owners and operators by providing them with the skills and systems necessary to run their establishments profitably. Your role involves training clients on our comprehensive software solutions for payroll, accounts payable, inventory management, and sales reporting. By effectively onboarding and supporting our clients, you will play a pivotal role in helping them increase their bottom line.

Your impact:

Client Training and Onboarding:

Schedule and conduct new client orientations and system conversions. Effectively train clients in our software modules, including payroll, accounts payable, inventory, and daily sales reporting. Utilize existing training materials and develop new guides to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the training process.

Onboarding Coordination

Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary client materials. Assist in organizing onboarding information and documentation to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop tools and strategies to enhance client retention and communicate opportunities for improvement. Proactively communicate new features and enhancements to clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest updates.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Liaise with internal teams to relay client feedback and insights. Contribute to product development by communicating client needs and suggestions to the Back Office team.

About you:

4+ years of high-level management experience in the restaurant industry Travel to client locations for on-site training or meetings may be required. Corporate experience preferred Proficiency with software solutions related to payroll, accounts payable, inventory management, and sales reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to multi-task and manage several clients and project simultaneously Excellent verbal and written skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to client needs
