DATA CENTER OPERATIONS ENGINEER

🌐 Keep the Data Center Buzzing:

You’ll be the superhero behind the seamless 24x7 operations of our ‘in-country’ data center, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

🚨 First Responder Extraordinaire:

Be the go-to Level 1 escalation point for onsite operational incidents and major issues. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, oversee resolutions, and respond to remote requests—all within SLA, of course!

🔍 Tech Savvy Troubleshooter:

Know the ins and outs of M&E systems, security, networks, plumbing, and the critical facilities equipment that keep the data center humming.

📝 Master of Documentation:

Accurately log and update all requests, incidents, provisioning, and more in our internal web portal ticketing system. Your attention to detail will be legendary.

💡 Champion of Excellence:

Implement best-in-class practices for DC operations, guided by ITIL frameworks and industry standards. You’ll set the bar for operational excellence!

Engineering Enthusiast:

If you’re a graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (preferred) or any engineering-related course, we’re already excited to meet you!

You are passionate about technology and infrastructure.

Experience Level:

Fresh grads? No problem! Got 1-2 years of experience? Even better! Your passion and potential matter most.
