The CAM Customer Support Representative is responsible for facilitating communication between customers, CAD Operators, and the CAM Manufacturing team related to custom jewelry orders to ensure the successful production of customers' CAD designs under the leadership of the CAM Customer Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through the customization ordering process to ensure an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat Utilize web-based applications and order management systems to accurately process custom orders Build rapport both internally and externally Communicate effectively with colleagues within the CAD/CAM Department and across departments to streamline processesAddress inquiries related to design options, materials, pricing, and production and delivery timelines Maintain accurate records, for custom projects, documenting changes and project progress Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as needed Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, seeking resolution while maintaining positive relationships Develop an understanding of various aspects of custom jewelry, including design options and production standards, as well as knowledge related to gemstones, metals, and engravingMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to perform more complex tasks and operate software programsExceptional customer service skills with a focus on patience, attentiveness, and clear communicationDemonstrated strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring precision and quality in work outputs. Proven adaptability to changing environments, able to quickly adjust priorities and approaches as neededAdept at problem-solving, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to address challenges efficiently and effectively.Preferred Qualifications:
