**The Opportunity**
Location: Lewisville, TX
Are you looking for a challenge that will highlight your problem-solving, analytics and leadership skills? If yes, the CAM Recoveries - Monitoring and Oversight Supervisor might be the role for you! A day in the life of the Monitoring and Oversight Supervisor would include end to end testing of business processes to identify and mitigate risk, including but not limited to:
* Testing and evaluating the design of process controls and report findings (Ongoing, estimated 75% of daily effort)
* Validating controls performed by others and report findings (Ongoing, estimated 10% of daily effort)
* Analyzing and identifying complaint/dispute trends and report findings (Ongoing, estimated 10% of daily effort)
* Recommending process/monitoring improvements (Ongoing, estimated 5% of daily effort)
* Developing and coaching direct reports (Ongoing 100% of daily effort)
* Establishing ongoing monitoring and feedback routines (Ongoing, 100% of daily effort)
**The Work Itself**
* Basic understanding of internal control concepts.
* Review and research suspect items and/or transactions and report suspicious activity as required.
* Performs routine compliance tasks and deals with routine compliance issues, typically concerning documentation, reporting, etc.
* May assist in monitoring regulatory issues.
* Follows established guidelines and procedures.
* Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
* Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
* Escalates non-standard problems or issues.
* Recommends enhancements where necessary to support the corporate and bank objectives
* Collect, compiles and analyzes data results from escalated issues.
* May recommend changes which can create efficiencies and/or streamline processes.
* Prepares quantitative and qualitative reports, which track information and measure results for comparison to standard metrics.
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
**The Skills You Bring**
* At least 2 years of experience with Risk and/or Compliance Monitoring
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual preferred.
* Good written and verbal communications skills preferred.
* Ability to understand risk and control concepts.
* Willingness to work and interact with others in team environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
