SCHEDULE: Varies, as needed
FUNCTION: cook, serve and maintain kitchen for rental groups throughout the off season.
Responsibilities Cooks and prepares meals depending on the needs of the group- bake, fry, slice, washing and peeling vegetables, storing food, food prep, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.Follow all health department guidelines and regulationsWork in harmony with other cooks and food service staffFollow USDA requirementsFollow proper food handling requirementsMonitor the correct cooking temperatures for foodMonitor and record temperature charts for all fridges and freezersPreparation and service for all meals and snacks, making sure that they are properly prepared, on time, and that there is enough food for the amount of people to be servedClean, care for and properly maintain the kitchen and work equipmentSweep, mop and general cleaning of kitchen areaAssist in receiving ,rotating and putting away of all stock Qualifications 18 years of age or olderPossession of 3 years experience of food service knowledge and/or training
