We are looking for an enthusiastic Campaign Assistant to join our Marketing and Publicity Team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a truly creative and collaborative environment at one of New Zealand's most dynamic publishers.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Publicity Team. Process invoices and expenses; assist other departments as needed. Help organize author events, travel, and marketing mail-outs. Monitor media activity, manage clippings, and maintain communication records. Create and distribute newsletters; support digital tasks like booklists, website content, and social media. Assist in analysing website and social media stats. Manage PRH shared inboxes. Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and sales teams.

You Are:

Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes. Innovative and creative problem solver. Clear and effective communicator. Skilled in building collaborative relationships. Experienced in marketing or administration (preferred but not essential).
