Campaign Associate

Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices.

Accountabilities:

Create email customer journey and manage end-to-end email campaign supportBuild and ensure timely activation of prescribed campaign canvases in Eloqua based on customer lifecycles Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teamsPerform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelinesCreate and present post campaign reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights/recommendationsManage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance on the established turnaround timesContribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holderAt least 1 year experience in using Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plusAt least 2 years' experience in email marketing campaign managementStrong stakeholder management and project management skillsDemonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and other structural changesStrong ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processesPassion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation disciplineA friendly attitude and team playerExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to be self-directedExperience in creating a marketing plan or email comms calendar is an advantageGood understanding of customer life cyclesWilling to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs
