Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices.
Accountabilities:
Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teamsPerform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelinesBuild and ensure timely activation of campaign canvases in Eloqua using the recommend journey and canvas elements/filters, build other canvases as neededExtract campaign performance data and provide insights/recommendations in post-show reportsManage campaign timelines and ensure compliance on the established turnaround timesSupport Campaign Associate II and III in mapping an email customer journeyContribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications:
