Campaign Associate I
Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices. Accountabilities: + Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teams + Perform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines + Build and ensure timely activation of campaign canvases in Eloqua using the recommend journey and canvas elements/filters, build other canvases as needed + Extract campaign performance data and provide insights/recommendations in post-show reports + Manage campaign timelines and ensure compliance on the established turnaround times + Support Campaign Associate II and III in mapping an email customer journey + Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree holder + At least 1 year experience in digital marketing, hands-on experience in Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform is a plus + Strong stakeholder management and project management skills + Basic knowledge in data extraction and reporting + Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changes + Ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes + Passion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline + A friendly attitude and team player + Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills + Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed + Good understanding of customer life cycles and experience in creating a marketing plan will be highly desirable + Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
