Campaign Associate II

Accountabilities:

Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teamsPerform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelinesBuild and ensure timely activation of campaign canvases in Eloqua using the recommend journey and canvas elements/filtersPerform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelinesBuild data segmentation canvases in Eloqua using approved data provided by the show teamsProvide strategic recommendations to help achieve targets based on campaign performance and campaign best practicesMap an email customer journey for shows based on customer’s life cyclesFacilitate knowledge sharing sessions with the team and other workstreamsProvide campaign insights and feedback as needed by the show teamsManage campaign timelines and ensure compliance on the established turnaround timesFacilitate process training and onboarding sessions for new team membersContribute to team initiatives and projects

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holderAt least 1 year experience in using Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platformAt least 2 years experience in email marketing campaign managementStrong stakeholder management and project management skillsDemonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and other structural changesStrong ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processesPassion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation disciplineA friendly attitude and team playerExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to be self-directedExperience in creating a marketing plan or email comms calendar is an advantageGood understanding of customer life cyclesHTML/CSS knowledge is a plusWilling to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs
