Team and Role Introduction:
You are responsible to manage the end-to-end project management of various Campaigns which includes project planning, project execution, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
Responsibilities:
1) CAMPAIGN DESIGN, PLANNING
-adapting these as required to category/brand requests Partner with various stakeholders and across teams to identify opportunities to enhance the operations process or buyer experience.
-Understand the end-to-end buyer shopping journey with supporting data and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to deliver campaign goals.
-Deliver ad-hoc requests related with campaign performance to serve business’s needs Maintaining slot booking and coordinate with campaign team members, scheduling and uploading all homepage assets, creation of product pool for homepage activation.
2) DATA ANALYSIS & METRICS
-Champion and govern high quality, integrated category marketing campaigns to delight our buyers and also supporting brands and categories through insights and best practices sharing.
-Consolidate, analyze and present performance metrics and campaigns KPIs and identify potential opportunities for growth
-Monitor campaign performance, provide campaign performance insights, evaluation and suggest key learnings to share the best practices across the teams
-Conduct post campaign analysis to identify improvements in campaign performance and processes
