What you'll do

The Nectar360 Digital Trading team are responsible for driving incremental revenue into the business by creating multi-channel campaigns and utilizing bespoke systems. The role is on the Ecommerce Media Platform (EMP), using a white labelled instance of CitrusAd. Working with our network of FMCG & GM brands, we enable targeted and inspirational campaigns for our customer's objectives, which generates interest, awareness and/or sales for their products through Sainsbury's.co.uk and Argos.co.uk.

You will be an Ad Operations Executive, reporting into the Ad Operations Manager, within the Nectar360 Digital Media team.  You will play a crucial role in helping hit multi-million-pound targets; driving incremental client revenue by supporting on campaigns and utilising technologies to monetize the platform.  

As a subject matter expert you will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our full onsite offering and will act as an advisory both internally and externally. Your role will focus on working with the Client Services team and with clients, giving campaign and optimisation support on EMP self service campaigns. It will be your responsibility to help grow spend and improve fill rates for advertising placements on Sainsburs.co.uk and Argos.co.uk.  You will also need to opportunity spot, looking for areas of improvement where we can drive revenue potential.  

Key Tasks include:

Provide frequent updates to client services and clients, informing them of recommendations, optimisations and spent/unspent wallets. Provide guidance to suppliers on placements best suited to strategy and objectives.  Work with client services and planning to upskill by showing best practices and creating case studies. Provide frequent updates to client services on best performing campaigns to enable upsell or extension opportunities.  Analysing and interpreting data to identify areas of poor performance and make recommendations to improve performance, ensuring risks are mitigated. Support with other EMP and Ad Ops tasks such as updating the media pack, booking of fixed tenancy placements and other platform related tasks.
