Campaign Lead, Brand and Community Marketing

About the opportunity  

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Community Marketing, as Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for executing several brand and community campaigns, that help to position Australia Post as a contemporary brand that is changing to meet evolving customer needs, whilst maintaining their ongoing support for local communities. You will have a specific focus on helping produce and take to market ads for You Ask. We Deliver; as well as assisting with the strategy and execution for Delivering the Goods into FY26 H2.

This opportunity is a fixed term contract for 8 months.

 

What you’ll deliver with us  

Execute enterprise wide Brand and Community marketing programs, aligned to the Enterprise Brand & Retail Marketing strategy and planManage marketing and creative agencies in line with campaign and project requirementsMeasure all campaign activity and capture actionable insights to ensure campaign optimisation & learnings are appliedSupport with the management of campaign budget and ROI, where applicableDeliver marketing programs ensuring alignment to brand and best practice marketing principles, using strategic insights


About you  

You are passionate about brand marketing, and have experience in executing integrated customer centric campaigns that improve brand strength and reputation. You enjoy building strong relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business. You’re eager to learn, and approach your work with diligence, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.


You’ll also have

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.

3+ years’ of demonstrated experience in cross-channel, integrated marketing within a large, complex organisation

Knowledge of key industry trends and marketing principles as well as media and advertising across B2B and B2C segments and channelsDemonstrated experience in cross-channel, integrated marketing within a large, complex organisationExperience in developing, executive and evaluating marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
