About the Role

This position is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing campaigns aimed at better engaging customers and increasing affinity to AIA, generating resell to existing customers, and improving persistency. These will include campaigns that improve payment rates, prevent lapse / attrition, and win back attrited / lapsed customers, as well as targeted cross sell or upsell of additional policies to existing customers, and campaigns that encourage enrollment and engagement in AIA Vitality.

In addition, this position is responsible for contributing to new customer acquisition through:
• Delivery of campaigns aimed at converting members enrolled in group life, group critical illness, corporate HMO and corporate Vitality into individual policy holders
• Development of a nurturing and conversion journey for leads acquired through lead generation efforts run both directly by this team, as well as in partnership with other teams (eg, Brand, Digital, Vitality)

These efforts are expected to contribute to net customer growth for AIA Philippines and BPI AIA.

This position is accountable for the delivery of the following roles and responsibilities:

Customer offer development – Partner with Propositions team and/or Product Tribe to identify special offers that can maximize customer response to campaigns, as allowed within the relevant legal and regulatory framework. Align with internal partners on timing of product offers; work with external partners to secure and ensure seamless fulfillment of retail or cash / cash equivalent offers.Customer persistency & retention – Lead the conceptualization and execution of campaigns aimed at improving policy persistency and customer retention, such as programs that address payment and collection rates, and reinstate recent attriters.Cross Sell / Upsell / Resell to existing life insurance customers – Lead efforts to increase the resell rate to existing customers through targeted, data-driven campaigns that offer the next best product to existing customers who are ready to repurchase another policy. Drive the conceptualization and execution of these campaigns.AIA Vitality enrollment and engagement – Conceptualize and drive efforts to encourage holders of Vitality-integrated policies to enroll in AIA Vitality, and current Vitality members to remain engaged in the program and participate in activities that will move them up to higher tiers of membership.Upsell to members of group / corporate life, critical illness, HMO & Vitality – Drive efforts to tap into the corporate member bases of AIA PH, BPI AIA, Medicard and Vitality to cross sell members into individual life insurance policies, covering campaign conceptualization, member engagement, lead nurturing and conversion.Nurturing & conversion journey for prospective customers – Lead the development of nurturing journeys that will turn cold leads gathered through various marketing campaigns and activations into hot leads that are ready to be turned over to distribution for a policy sale.Funnel optimization – For each campaign owned, ensure proper conversion funnel tracking is in place, in partnership with Data Analytics. Identify opportunities to improve funnel throughput, conceptualize actions to widen the funnel, test such actions and roll out / implement effective actions to maximize conversion.Financial Management – Partner with relevant teams to size budget required to fund covered rebranding activities and present to relevant approvers to secure funding. Once implementation commences, monitor spend to ensure actual expenses do not exceed approved budgets.Risk Management – Ensure proper risk assessments are done on all activities under their remit, establish controls for any risk/s identified, and ensure such controls are properly and consistently implemented by the team.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or another related field5-10 years experience leading customer marketing functions, such as customer engagement, customer communications, cross sell, customer loyalty & retentionPrevious experience building and leading high-performing teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
