In this position, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team and using data analysis and innovative strategies, you will drive effective campaigns in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

Design marketing and advertising strategies with a focus on digital and offline campaigns.Design, execute and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms.Analyze data to successfully execute campaigns.Collaborate with design, content, digital and offline teams to align goals.Analyze campaign results and provide accurate and documented reports to management.Manage campaign budgets and allocate optimal resources to achieve specific goals.Identify and exploit new opportunities to promote the brand.Implement campaign optimization processes based on results and feedback.Prepare and deliver comprehensive and efficient reports to review performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing or advertising campaigns.Thorough familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement marketing strategies.Strong communication skills and ability to present professional reports.Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).Familiarity with new trends in digital marketing and the ability to exploit them.Creativity, team spirit and the ability to solve problems in dynamic work environments.
