As a CRM Campaign Manager, you'll work on omni-channel campaigns with platforms like Selligent, Adobe, and Salesforce. You are flexible, dedicated and form the link between our customers and Merkle.
We like to talk to candidates who have a strong affinity with the optimal use of owned marketing channels. You fit in well with Merkle and this position if you have a lot of energy, can work in a structured way, and have strong analytical skills. You are an ambitious marketer with proven success in advising and optimizing marketing campaigns.
You are an experienced campaign manager who gets excited about improving campaign performance and optimizing processes by seeking interaction with our clients. You will work from a creative working environment in the heart of Rotterdam. It goes without saying that you have a customer-oriented and service-oriented attitude. You are accurate, with a healthy dose of humor who likes to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Your responsibilities
• Implementation, execution and optimization of owned marketing campaigns.
• Building new campaigns and journeys, optimizing existing flows.
• Continuously looking for improvements with analytical skills and creativity.
• Fact-based marketing: making it measurable, analysing and steering on KPIs.
• Improving KPIs with a helicopter view.
Requirements
• HBO/WO diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience as a CRM marketer or campaign manager, agency experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience in measuring and analyzing campaign results.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
•Sense.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
Your challenges
• Advising and following up on marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing and measuring campaign results and reporting them back to a broad stakeholder field.
• Propose and implement relevant test plans.
• Challenge customer on campaign content.
• Monitoring process and quality within complex campaign processes.
