For more information visit www.digitas.com , where everything connects. https://linktr.ee/digitas\_india **Overview** **Who You Are** + 3-5 years of experience in campaigns execution on marketing automation & CRM platforms. + SFMC experience/expertise is a must-have. + Having Knowledge of other platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, and Adobe) is a plus. + Proven experience in campaign performance optimization + Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Strong ability to understand business requirements. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently. **Mandatory Skills** + Email Marketing and marketing automation Experience + An in-depth understanding of all relevant SFMC modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder. + Gathering campaign requirements, timelines and finalizing briefing + Coordinate with cross functional team to drive email development. + Managing the creative process if required + Analyse provided html assets and revise where necessary. + Campaign configuration + Audience creation, DE management, and data troubleshooting + Quality Assurance and testing of campaign. + Campaign performance tracking & reporting + Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL query development + Knowledge AMP Script + HTML and CSS exposure + Knowledge on Landing page Development + Basic knowledge on REST & SOAP API will be a plus.
