This role is pivotal in driving demand generation efforts that align with strategic goals and drive business impact for North America (AMER).

The perfect candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborator, and skilled at orchestrating multichannel campaigns. They possess the unique ability to think strategically while also being proficient in operational execution.

What you'll be doing

Campaign Planning & Execution

Work jointly with AMER Campaign Specialists and Associates to develop and implement integrated campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels to acquire net new ICP contacts, drive engagement and convert new logos within key industries, market segments or account lists.

Use technology platforms and leverage data to define high-intent audiences and target them effectively.

Work with content teams to produce compelling content and messaging that aligns with target ICPs and buying stages within the buyer's journey.

Collaborate closely with our Global Campaign and Corporate Events teams to implement demand generation programs that amplify anchor campaign content and Tier 1 events (Relate, and AI Summit) in the AMER region.

Work with xDR teams to develop effective strategies for lead follow-up, e-gift & direct mail tactics, and sales prospecting programs like our Monthly Prospecting Weeks to drive more S1 & S2 opportunities.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

Collaborate with campaign associates to create a culture of ongoing monitoring to track lead flow and analyze campaign performance metrics against targets. Use insights to prepare and present detailed reports with recommendations to refine and improve demand generation strategies.

Routinely share campaign insights to AMER regional marketing and account teams and make recommendations on how to take action with suggested engagement and conversion strategies.

What you bring to the role

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

Proven capability in creating and implementing successful demand generation campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with tools and platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Tableau.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to create concise presentations.

Strategic problem solver with a growth mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

In this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We’ll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we’re apart. Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only. You’ll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$150,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
