Overview
Zendesk is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to drive global demand campaigns, with a particular focus on creating demand in the HR and Employee Service (ES) space. This role will be instrumental in nurturing open opportunities and building a pipeline to grow our Employee Service solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and bookings.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation for HR solutions, employee experience or employee service initiatives. Experience building end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving demand for digital events, and developing content strategies is key, as is accountability for business outcomes. You should be a team player with strong influence management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and an interest in learning new AI and marketing technologies. Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Management: Support the development and execution of global, always-on demand campaigns with a focus on HR audiences, including quarterly webinars, content pieces, and promotional strategies to nurture open opportunities. Build and manage global integrated marketing campaigns targeting key personas in HR, employee service and operations. Develop a deep understanding of the buyer's journey for our HR and ES solutions to inform campaign strategy.
Content & Messaging Development: Collaborate with product marketing and leverage data insights to understand target audience segmentation, align campaign and product messaging, and develop content strategies relevant to the HR and ES landscape.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—regional marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, communications, localization, content marketing, brand, web, internal communications, and more—to deliver integrated demand campaigns across all channels. Partner with sales enablement and ops teams on campaign implementation, lead follow-up, and performance tracking.
Global Partnership: Partner with regional marketing teams to execute the global campaign across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Develop and deliver a repeatable marketing strategy and execution model packaged into Marketing Kits that regional and channel teams can utilize to run activities effectively.
Measure & Optimize: Collaborate closely with marketing analytics to set pipeline targets for each campaign, evaluate campaign and channel performance, and implement data-driven optimizations to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on campaign marketing, HR/HRIS/employee experience solutions in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns targeting HR, EX and ES audiences
Ability to leverage audience data to inform optimal targeting and campaign strategy
Strong writing and messaging skills, especially around HR and employee service topics
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with external agencies
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and program improvement
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
Strong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales teams to executive stakeholders

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$150,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
