Campaign Marketing Specialist I

Develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals. Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web. Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management. Experienced practitioner. Works independently. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems. Contributes to process improvements. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Accountabilities:
+ Email / Marketing Automation Services
+ Execute, track and measure performance of email marketing campaigns based on established best practices, company standards, internal criteria, and overall branding objectives.
+ Create and setup campaign related material such as emails, landing pages, images, or graphics, forms, and related digital assets within the company’s preferred marketing automation tool.
+ Create integrated marketing campaigns using available Eloqua apps. Examples include BrightTalk, BigMarker and LinkedIn apps.
+ Setup marketing webinars using third party platform and provide post-webinar reporting.
+ Setup lead capture automation for marketing events.
+ Proofread, copy write and control the quality of assets inside email campaigns.
+ Measure and analyze campaign performance with the goal of communicating accurate results and actionable insights to marketing decision makers and relevant parties.
+ Develop and use effective reporting tools or methods to ensure effective communication of performance, insights, and recommendations for marketing decision makers.
+ Help represent the marketing department in cross functional team meetings to present accurate, in-depth, and comprehensive information.
+ Help develop nurture campaigns and actively engage in the creation of similar marketing techniques in coordination with Marketing decision makers.
+ Resize images for use on web properties, emails, and landing pages.
Qualifications:
+ Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Business
+ 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing environment
+ 1-2 years' experience in email marketing using Eloqua or other email marketing tools/platforms
+ Knowledge of and ability to code/develop emails using HTML, Java, etc.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content
+ Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
+ Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Experience with Eloqua Profiler and Engage is a big plus
+ Eloqua certification is preferred, not required. An equivalent automation platform could suffice
+ B2B Marketing experience preferred
+ Experience developing or implementing nurturing and scoring programs preferred
