Job Description

Helping to conduct analysis on target audience, competitive landscape & market trends.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and previous campaigns, developing a better understanding of market demand, supply, consumer behavior, and identifying new marketing opportunities.Support the development and execution of end-to-end campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Work with the product lead to monitor key success metrics on ongoing and upcoming initiatives or promotions.Identify the right strategy and capability in owned media placements, leveraging internal or external data points, such as customer research and historical performance of flight promo tools.Be accountable for one or more marketing channel(s) account performance metrics, including open rate, click rate, opt-out rate, and issue rate.Able to spearheading discussion for any error reports, having a good thinking process and communication to solve the issueAble to map the current process into a document and propose improvements over time, adapting to the situation and conditions.Resourcefully leverage and strategize in-app owned media communication through automation, processes, and exploration of new capabilitiesConduct periodic and ad-hoc analysis across the in-app customer journey, making recommendations on improvement points.Able to support the execution for the Transport Marketing team in running and optimizing multi campaign projects, specifically for owned media and other marketing channels placement.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Open to all majors.1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in campaign management.Strong project management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively, manage timelines, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with strategic prioritization while navigating business uncertainties with confidence.Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize results and drive informed decision-making.
