Campaign Testing - Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Campaign testing analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Card marketing validation, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:-

Actively engage with campaign management, project management, and development teams to fully understand project and campaign objectives, as well as testing goals. Strategically design and lead testing efforts, efficiently creating scripts for both manual and automated testing cycles. Thoroughly review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project materials to ensure the quality of the test suites being developed. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to accurately determine the acceptable range for test results and performance. Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects and utilized test environments. Consistently create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards for the Card marketing validation team. Provide support during the production deployment of campaigns and diligently perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows. Keenly identify process gaps and effectively streamline processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites. Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communications to customers Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously .Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate effectively with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps.  Possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, project and time management skills while being extremely detail oriented

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience in execution of automated test suites preferred with hands – on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models preferred Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool is preferred
