Campaigns Management Reporting Supervisor

Ford of Hungary, European Business Center is looking for a Campaigns Management Reporting Supervisor to join our Team in the Váci Greens Office, XIII. District in Budapest.

 

Campaigns Management (CMT) is a department within Ford of Europe Marketing Sales & Service set up to manage incentive programs for the National Sales Companies across Europe. Maximizing the efficiency of marketing incentive programs is a key priority. Simple, efficient, transparent processes and communication, together with sharing best practices are all key to success.

BA/MA degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or ITAt least 3-4 years experience in a reporting team or reporting role or relevant CMT reporting experienceExcellent analytical skills and thinking, ability to proactively progress an issue, develop options and recommendations and see through to resolutionSkills in report creation based on a set of criteriaIn-depth SQL and Visual Basic Programming knowledgeAccuracy with the ability to comply with deadlinesWork independently with limited supervisionFluency in English

Reporting, Analysis and Efficiency Optimization Actions

Maintain existing reports (daily reports, Monthly Market Decks, log and archive tool) to support the daily work of the Operations TeamDevelop new reports (automated and self-service reports upon request) to support business needsSeek opportunities to reporting system and process enhancementsAnalyse variable marketing programs’ effectiveness based on financial data, sales volumes and market share. Review data, processes and incentive structures to identify opportunities for re-engineering/complexity reductionSupport delivery of the efficiency optimisation projects with new reportsSupport reviews and meetings with NSCs and Ford of Europe managementEnsure report quality: peer reviews and control checklist, where necessaryEnsure CMT reporting compliance with audit requirements

Supervisor role

Supervise the daily work of the reporting specialistManage team’s personnel related tasks (Objective setting, Development Plan, etc.)Train and mentor new team members/new users of MPS2 system relating reporting

Relationship and interface

The role provides an insight into senior level decision making and long term strategic planning
