About the job Twilio is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team to support the delivery of our integrated campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to work with a collaborative marketing team, developing and executing campaigns and programs that deliver impact and ROI. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history of building, executing, and optimizing demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns with programs that reach and convert new prospects into qualified leads. The right candidate for this role is passionate about marketing and campaign management who possesses a start-up mentality and is able to adapt quickly in a fast environment. This candidate also enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is interested in working with global teams. Responsibilities In this role, you will: + Conceive, develop and lead long-term integrated campaigns, localising and adapting campaigns to meet regional needs and track against plans and timelines + Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Field Marketing on campaign concept, content requirements, messaging, channel testing and creative development to ensure effectiveness + Identify and measure results against key performance indicators, including regularly providing updates to stakeholders across the business + Analyse progress to plan, report on the results of individual initiatives and key milestones, and provide proactive optimisation recommendations + Support the management of the media plan, and campaign budget for the region, determine ROI metrics and work with key stakeholders to optimise the campaigns based on performance + Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on upcoming campaigns, status of campaign and results of campaigns + Manage production of campaigns with internal teams and agencies to ensure execution timelines are met Qualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Required: + A thorough understanding of integrated campaigns from inception to execution and what’s makes them successful, including an understanding of the considerations for regional and audience variances within the campaign plan + Excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities + Experience managing creative and paid media agencies in a SaaS or high-tech environment + 3-5 years successful B2B experience running multi-channel and multi-audience campaigns across EMEA + In-depth experience with marketing tools and platforms (Marketo, Twilio Segment, Looker, Salesforce, Contentful, Tableau, Adobe Experience Manager, Social Media) Desired: + Have a "test & learn" mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance + Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills + Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. + Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative - a real team player + Energetic, self-motivated, and agile + Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the region Location This role will be remote in the UK.
