As a summer associate, you will help strengthen our understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities to drive our distribution strategy and priorities
As a Financial Business Analysis Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:
Support projects, including assessments of new strategic opportunities, across distribution, service, and investment management business areas. Utilize business analytics to analyze industry data sources, perform trends analysis and market sizing, and derive segment and product insights across the asset management industryPartner with cross-functional teams to incorporate relevant information, such as qualitative data, that influences modeling and forecasting assumptions.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”
You are a current student pursuing an MBA or master's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or aboveYou have effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managersYou collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.Prior experience with data modeling preferredYou have knowledge of a variety of programming languages, including SQL, SAS, SPSS and other 4GLs, and web tools for data miningHourly Rate: $40/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
