Business Intelligence Summer Associate

As a summer associate, you will analyze and interpret internal and external data that provides decision support to senior management of North American Client Group (NACG) on business initiatives.
As a Business Intelligence Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:
Work with cross-functional teams and business partners to identify data needs for the business.Develop and deliver a wide range of reports and analyses to support various departments and business groups in making business decisions and achieving their business plans.Summarize analysis by organizing findings into actionable conclusions and recommendations.Track and measure the success and effectiveness of various sales or marketing campaigns and programs.Provide quantitative analysis of industry, customer, and market conditions to identify opportunities and gaps.Create analytical models to support sales-generating business initiatives, including prospecting and retention“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”
You are a current student pursuing a MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or aboveYou have effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managersYou collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.You have knowledge of a variety of programming languages, including SQL, SAS, SPSS and other 4GLs, and web tools for data mining#LI-DNIBase Rate: $40/hour
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
