Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate your team of Admissions Representatives to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.Drive Results: Oversee campus tours, deliver compelling presentations, and track progress towards enrollment targets.Champion the Student Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the Regional Campus Admissions Director and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Problem-Solve & Innovate: Identify challenges, develop solutions, and continuously improve processes to enhance the student experience. QualificationsQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/management preferred. High School diploma/GED required.Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, including customer presentations. 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.Skills:Exceptional presentation and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proven ability to coach and motivate teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.About Us:
