Purpose Statement
The Campus Concierge fosters a welcoming and secure environment at our World Headquarters by delivering exceptional hospitality to all visitors, supporting security protocols, and serving as a key resource for associates. This role enhances campus operations through proactive visitor management, efficient coordination with security teams, and by maintaining high standards of service and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our campus.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
· Provides 5-star customer service and hospitality to all associates and visitors in all forms of communication (in person, on the phone, and over email).
· Welcomes all visitors; supports check-in, screens, and orients each visitor.
· Represents Rich’s positively in all interactions, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication.
· Oversees the quality of the lobby concierge experience while demonstrating a spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service.
· Troubleshoots issues related to access control, security cameras, and other security systems to ensure seamless operations and safety.
· Coordinates with Security and follows emergency protocols to ensure visitor and associate safety in emergencies.
· Receives, screens, and routes phone calls to appropriate WHQ associates, requiring a broad knowledge of departments and individual functions.
· Leads and develops training materials for relief associates, ensuring consistent adherence to 5-star customer service standards and safety protocols.
· Acts as a point of contact for associates’ inquiries about campus services and amenities; directs associates to the appropriate area, staff, or procedure.
· Maintains a clean and pleasant environment in the lobby and proactively manages lobby and visitor supply inventory to ensure resources are stocked and available as needed.
· Trains relief personnel, providing guidance on policies and procedures to ensure continuity of service.
· Proactively identifies additional tasks during downtime, adapts to evolving visitor needs, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of security and lobby operations.
· Performs other related responsibilities, as necessary, to support Rich’s business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
· Minimum of a two-year associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, physical security, or a related field required; 5+ years preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and effectively managing complex situations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.); experience utilizing AI tools is a plus.
· Courteous and gracious demeanor with the ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under stress.
· Skilled at assessing and addressing sensitive inquiries, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
· Capable of handling confidential information discreetly, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality at all times.
· Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects, including logistics and scheduling.
· Proven ability to train and mentor others, fostering a culture of excellent service and continuous improvement.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with expense reporting or financial management systems preferred.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as an effective team member in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines, with a proactive approach to supporting security improvements and enhancing lobby operations.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$39,780.00 - $53,820.00
