Our HR team takes care of the needs of our most important resource, our employees, every day! As an intern (m/f) at the Milano Office, you will actively support them and prepare yourself ideally for the start of your career.

Responsibilities

Operational support of the HR Partner team in the day-to-day business and employee lifecycleSupport and help shape digitization and simplification projects within the HR Partner organizationSupport for employee experience improvement projects (inclusion and diversity activities, performance management, compensation programs, change management processes, etc.)Collaboration with the central HR solutions team in the NetherlandsDelivery of the training plan, collaborating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, especially as regards the Funded Trainings (Formazione finanziata), with special focus on talent managementPartnership in specific project involving HR

Qualifications

You are studying economics, business law, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on organization, or human resourcesYou are proficient in MS Office, especially ExcelYou speak fluent Italian and good EnglishYou see yourself as a service provider, you act in a structured, forward-thinking and committed manner
