We are looking for a person with a passion for campus recruitment; A colleague with great experience in managing student campaigns and the ability to use data to shape future success.
As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for carrying out the full cycle of our recruitment activities for early careers. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting talent to our business. This environment will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, is self-driven, highly organized and takes ownership of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Oversee our recruitment process for campus/university recruitment needs – posting of vacancies, reviewing resumes, short-listing best fit candidates, conducting interviews, and creating recruitment pipelines Plan and execute recruitment related events, building a strong brand presence to attract junior talent Create and maintain solid connections with academic institutions to enhance our reach to students Participate in career fairs, interact with students and create awareness of EY career opportunities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for entry-level positions Build a good understanding of our service lines and skills required by candidates to succeed Update recruitment tracking data and preparation of employee reports and recruitment analytics Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment processes
To qualify for the role, you must have:
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a high-volume recruitment role or similar HR role BSc in Human Resources or any other related field Ability to quickly prioritise work and remain flexible in accordance with business needs Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Successfully organised and managed recruitment events/career fairs Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
