Campus Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter to manage recruiting for graduate-level candidates (MBA, MA and PhD). This role will be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the recruiting team and consultants to create and lead a successful recruiting strategyServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, university career services, and internal consultantsBuild the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual eventsManage the full candidate lifecycle and provide a positive candidate experienceAssist with the organizing and execution of the summer internship program

Qualifications:
