The Campus Recruiter II implements strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality, diverse employees for their assigned office(s) from top colleges and universities, and plays a key role in the development and implementation of the firmwide Intern Program.
What You’ll Do:
Builds strong relationships with university champions and office leadership. Develops and maintains relationships with department chairs, key faculty, and career services at Foundation schools.Communicates HNTB brand message effectively internally and externally. Manages relationships and communication with candidate pipeline for intern and new graduate positions.Supports firm-wide diversity recruiting strategies.Coordinates, facilitates, and attends all on-campus activities at foundation schools including conducting interviews, arranging information sessions, presentations and socials with key clubs and organizations.Leads internship program development and execution for assigned office(s). Sources and fills local office internship and hiring needs. Facilitates Intern Evaluation discussions to help determine return offer decisions.Manages requisitions in Workday the applicant tracking system (ATS), according to OFCCP compliance.Provides reporting and status updates on the progress of campus recruiting to local office and leadership. Leads campus recruiting projects, may mentor and train earlier career Campus Recruiters.Identifies process improvements and shares best practices with national recruiting team.Performs other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field and 3 years talent acquisition or related experience, orIn lieu of education, 7 years of talent acquisition or related experienceWhat You'll Bring:
Ability to partner effectively with Key Stakeholders to help drive the success of HNTB's Campus Recruiting EffortsStrong representation of the HNTB brand at Career Fairs and other Campus Events in assigned geographic area (West and Northwest Division)Serve as a subject matter expert to advise, counsel, and educate around Campus Recruiting best practicesAbility and willingness to travel up to 50% during peak career fair season. Typically January-March and Sept-October.What We Prefer:

The approximate pay range for Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA is $74,505.18 - $111,757.78. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state..
