Opportunity Overview Teradyne is experiencing exciting growth, our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence is looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiting Lead to help drive our campus recruiting activities and strategy forward. In this role, you’ll play a key part in not just hiring but creating innovative, inclusive experiences for students from diverse backgrounds. + Be the TA Partner for our global university and early career program, including strategy , best practices and expansion aligned to Teradyne’s growth and needs. + Support our hiring efforts by being hands on in the recruitment lifecycle by managing candidates and requisitions for a high-quality hiring experience + Travel to collaborate with businesses, university partners and attend offsite and onsite events for strategic opportunities. + Navigate, identify and recommend events to host with the goal to create new and maintain effective relationships with campuses. + Partner with the Talent Acquisition CoE Leader in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience. + Ensure all recruiting guidelines, compliance and laws are followed. + Liaison with corporate philanthropy team to maximize funding in support of building mutually beneficial relationships with schools' career services offices, clubs, professors, and other programs. + Establish campus champions, using alumni whenever possible for each target college or university. + Plan and implement interview events and office visits for candidates / managers. + Provide reports on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires and activity to recruiting management, operations and business leaders. + Partner with Marketing to develop of collateral material and utilize social media tools to establish and maintain brand awareness on campus and in the general college community All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + 5+ year of full-cycle campus/university recruiting experience, ideally with a concentration in engineering functions. + Previous experience showcasing strong student body networking, campus relationships and modern integration with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, and administration and student bodies. + Knowledge base on how to develop and building a Campus and/or Early Career program. + Comfortable using or dealing with data to help Teradyne identify success now and for future + Passion for university recruiting and dedication to creating a remarkable candidate experience. + Driven & proactive personality with strong organization skill, including using MS Suite of: Word, Excel, PPT. + Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires. + Ability to travel as required for campus and event visits (>40% ) We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
