Join our Campus Recruitment team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our co-op and new grad programs while contributing creative ideas that help us evolve our campus talent attraction strategy!
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Develop talent management strategies to enable a strong talent pipeline
• Foster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presence
• Identify, coordinate and lead participation in GTA campus recruitment events
• Lead co-op recruiting by managing the recruitment process for 35+ co-op requisitions each term; support ad-hoc new grad recruitment
• Implement diversity recruiting within co-op recruitment model with a focus on our Indigenous Student Internship program and Women in STEM Excel (WiSE) co-op program
• Partner with the National Campus Recruitment to establish relationships with diversity focused student associations and community partners
• Manage the co-op program including, but not limited to, the co-op mentorship program, monthly socials, co-op curriculum, end of term feedback surveys and facilitating professional development workshops in coordination with our Learning team
• Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus results
• Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service
• Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Utilize LinkedIn - and other social networks - to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI
• Collaborate with campus recruitment team to develop new ideas and strategies to attract talent in a creative way
• 1+ years of campus recruitment experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma with a specialization in HR preferred
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Must be able to manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
• Ability to work in a close-knit team that collaborates to develop ongoing enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
• Collaboration, communication and active listening skills
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is a nice to have
