Campus Relations Specialist
JOB SUMMARY Our Campus Relations Specialist reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisitions and is responsible for planning and executing events to generate leads for the associate pipeline along with the Ambassador and Campus Relations pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy. This position will initially focus on refinement of our existing sourcing activities with a focus on recruitment events & marketing to meet the business needs. Working closely with the talent acquisition team, this person will focus their efforts on growing our new candidate sourcing efforts YOY by 30%. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Develop creative ways to increase CityVet’s brand on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community, and student organizations. • Research, identify, develop, and maintain strong campus relationships with universities through student clubs, job boards, and student bodies to promote CityVet’s brand and image. • Ensure compliance with university policy regarding the recruitment of and interaction with student ambassadors, and regarding the planning of on and off-campus events • Coordinate and attend campus visits, job fairs, speaking events, and any other college student events. • Develop educational and promotional presentations for on-campus recruitment events • Establish metrics for program success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements. • Create genuine connections between graduate students and the CityVet recruitment team for direct hire positions. • Maintain up-to-date records of student, externship and preceptorship contacts from recruiting events and other outreach efforts • Develop an annual recruiting plan, including projected budget and goals for selected schools. Responsible for collecting all expenses related to campus events, ambassadors, externships, and preceptorships • Partner with marketing to maintain internal and external marketing materials for CityVet Campus Relations program. • Conduct ongoing university research to ensure targeted schools are being utilized to their fullest potential. • Participate in and/or lead-related campus projects outside of the core recruiting cycle. • Conduct exit interviews and collect/analyze data to improve the ambassador, externship, and preceptorship program. • Ensure positive candidate experience is a priority.
